Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard transit typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Customized or personalized orders may require additional production time, and the estimated production timeline will be confirmed before the order is finalized. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Eligible standard fixtures may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included components, accessories, manuals, and labels, where applicable. Custom-made or personalized fixtures are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, documented transit damage, or an incorrect item being supplied. Eligible Mndsetd LLC lighting fixtures purchased directly from mndsetd.com are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use. Coverage is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined in our Terms of Service.
