2-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Mndsetd LLC provides a limited two-year warranty for eligible lighting fixtures purchased directly from mndsetd.com. This warranty applies to the original retail purchaser for indoor residential use and covers verified manufacturing defects in eligible materials, structural components, and workmanship.

The warranty begins on the original purchase date and remains valid for two years. It is non-transferable and subject to the coverage conditions and exclusions described below.

Warranty Coverage

If an eligible component fails because of a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period and under normal indoor residential use, Mndsetd LLC will review the claim and provide an appropriate warranty resolution.

Eligible structural components may include:

• Fixture Frames: Metal frames and primary structural parts.
• Structural Hardware: Brass structural components and permanently installed hardware.
• Internal Components: Built-in fixed wiring and structural assembly components.

Depending on the verified issue, the available remedy may include replacement parts, product replacement, or another appropriate solution determined after review by our customer service team.

Glass, Crystal, Stone & Decorative Components

Glass, crystal, stone, marble, acrylic, and other decorative components are not automatically excluded solely because they are fragile materials.

Verified manufacturing defects affecting these components may be eligible for review under this warranty. Documented damage that is present upon delivery or results from transportation should be reported promptly to our customer service team and will be handled according to our damaged-item and return procedures.

Damage occurring after delivery because of impact, improper handling, incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or other customer-caused circumstances is not covered.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, or use outside the intended indoor residential environment.

• Consumable Components: Replaceable light bulbs and other replaceable lighting consumables.
• Normal Wear: Minor scratches, normal oxidation, finish aging, and gradual discoloration resulting from ordinary use.
• Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, self-disassembly, or improper electrical connection.
• Accidental Damage: Impact, dropping, breakage after delivery, misuse, improper handling, water exposure, fire, corrosion, or natural-disaster damage.
• Improper Environment: Damage resulting from commercial, rental, industrial, or outdoor use when the product is intended for indoor residential use.
• Unauthorized Products: Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or products with altered or removed identification information.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty request:

• Step 1: Contact us at info@mndsetd.com and provide your order number, purchase date, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the affected area.
• Step 2: Our customer service team will review the information provided. Warranty reviews typically take 5–10 business days.
• Step 3: If the issue is verified as an eligible manufacturing defect, we will provide the applicable warranty resolution and instructions.
• Step 4: If a product or component return is required for inspection, please follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

Approved Warranty Claims: When a return is required for a verified manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Mndsetd LLC will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Non-Warranty Issues: Shipping, replacement, installation, or other costs resulting from issues outside warranty coverage may be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is provided by Mndsetd LLC for eligible products purchased directly through mndsetd.com. No unauthorized third party may modify or extend the terms of this warranty on behalf of Mndsetd LLC.

The warranty applies to eligible indoor residential use only and does not cover commercial, rental, industrial, or outdoor applications unless a product is specifically identified as suitable for such use.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
