Returns & Refunds
At My Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags and labels attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made or personalized orders, gift cards, and final sale items. We also do not accept returns on items that have been installed or show signs of wear or damage not due to manufacturing defects.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@mndsetd.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective lighting fixture, please contact us immediately at info@mndsetd.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mndsetd.com.
