We recommend considering your room size, ceiling height, fixture dimensions, existing decor, lighting needs, and installation requirements. Do you offer customization?

Yes. Selected fixtures may be customized in size, finish, hanging height, number of lights, and other available specifications. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm available customization options, pricing, production requirements, and estimated production time. Customized orders may require additional production time beyond our standard order processing timeframe.

Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with other payment options displayed at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Order modifications or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mndsetd.com and include your order number so our team can review your request. Customized or personalized orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options and costs?

Mndsetd LLC provides free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement. Most standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard transit typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Customized orders may require additional production time, which will be confirmed before the order is finalized. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete shipping details.

Do high-value orders require a signature?

Orders valued at $500 or more may require a signature upon delivery to help protect high-value shipments. Please ensure that an authorized recipient is available to accept the package when a signature is required.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Standard fixtures may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to our return eligibility requirements. To qualify for a standard return, products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all included components, accessories, and labels, where applicable.

Custom-made or personalized fixtures are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or an incorrect item being supplied.

For standard customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any additional shipping, redelivery, return-to-sender, or other customer-caused delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable. No restocking fee is charged on eligible standard returns. How do I initiate a return?

To request a return, please contact us at info@mndsetd.com within the applicable return period. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send a return without first receiving approval and return instructions from our customer service team.

Returns are processed through our return facility in California, United States. A specific return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@mndsetd.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund. When a return is required because an item arrived damaged, has a verified manufacturing defect, or is incorrect, Mndsetd LLC will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Warranty & Support

Do Mndsetd LLC lighting fixtures include a warranty?

Eligible Mndsetd LLC lighting fixtures are covered by our 2-Year Limited Warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in our Terms of Service.
